Marco DiPrinzio
Senior Director
Marco DiPrinzio is a Senior Director of Forged Real Estate whose years of broad experience in the commercial real estate industry have made him a value-added advisor on many transactions. He focuses primarily on investment sales across all U.S. markets.
Along with the Forged Real Estate team, Marco is directly responsible for implementing and executing on the firm’s disposition and advisory assignments and plays an integral role in both new business and existing client development strategies. He also serves as facilitator in all aspects of the firms’ property valuation, underwriting, financial analysis and market research efforts.
Prior to joining Forged, Marco was a Manager of Transactions with the Buccini/Pollin Group (“BPG”), a privately-held and regional based real estate development, acquisition and management firm headquartered in the Philadelphia Metro Area. At BPG, Marco coordinated the leasing of its 4.5 million square foot commercial, office and retail portfolio.
Mr. DiPrinzio is a Philadelphia native and is a graduate of Villanova University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Real Estate and his MBA in Finance from St. Joseph’s University. Marco currently serves as a board member for the Andrew McDonough B+ (Be Positive) Foundation and is actively involved in the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of JDRF as the global leader in Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) research.
