    James Yi is a Director of Forged Real Estate, specializing in acquisition and disposition of investment sales throughout the country. Prior to joining Forged Real Estate, James spent 5 years working as an Associate at SVN Ahia Commercial Real Estate where he received the “Rookie of the Year” award in 2018. During his time there, James worked on variety of sale and lease transactions with local, regional, and national brands.

    James’ diverse experience brings a knowledgeable understanding of market dynamics, valuation, and client objectives which is instrumental in meeting client goals and completing successful transactions.

    James graduated from Temple University where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. James currently serves as an Officer in Korean American Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. In his free time, you can find him at a local LA Fitness playing basketball.
